Add 2 cups f one of these

coconut water
coconut milk
cooled green tea
nut milk (almond, cashew) 

EAT YOUR GREENS (LEAFY GREENS)
Add 2 cups;
spinach 
Lettuce
kale
celery
collards

BOOST YOUR ENERGY (FRUIT) 
Add 1 cup of your favourite:
