Sick of being sick, overweight, depressed or generally out of shape, mentally, physically or emotionally? Or you may feel that although you are in good condition, you wish to do even better but need a coach to show you how or keep you on track. Then the New You 2017 programme could be the answer for you, your kids, partner, family or friends.
Tired, suffering from insomnia, PMS, skin conditions, stress, depression or anxiety, allergies or intolerances, digestive conditions from Crohn’s to bloating and IBS, heart and cardiovascular problems, then look no further. This exclusive offer is designed to kick start your health in 2017. It provides and in-depth look at look at what you eat, your activity, how well your organs – from adrenal and thyroid glands to liver and digestive system, and hormones are working and how what you think and feel may be associated with your health and wellness. We will assess all these things to work out what part each plays in the health issues you may have and come up with a holistic health plan to get you back in top condition
We take a holistic approach in our consultations recognising the part physical, mental, social and emotional play in our health and wellbeing.
Details of The New You 2017 Programme
The programme includes:
1. A 60-minute initial consultation which includes:
Fact finding: including an in-depth discussion regarding your current state of health, past health history, issues you wish to work on and outcomes you desire. We will ask about your diet, activity and emotional health, so we get the big picture about what is going on for you.
Once we have discussed your individual requirements, we will do relevant tests in the practice such as zinc tally test, urine pH testing, ABO blood type testing, blood sugar levels and blood pressure, weight and body composition. We may also arrange external tests such as blood tests, DNA Gene Testing, adrenal or thyroid function, coeliac, glandular fever, heavy metal, hormones or allergy and intolerance tests. We will assess all these things to work out what part each plays in the health issues you may have. Next, we go away and gather all the information and develop your individual health and wellness plan
2. Report of findings. Once we have all the information we need, including results of any external testing we develop a report of findings and plan. The plan may include;
A Diet and nutrition plan. Based on the person’s needs – general nutrition for health and wellness, for weight management or sports performance
Lifestyle activities – such as a personalised exercise or activity regime, a stress management toolbox, mindfulness techniques,or lifecoaching sessions
Herbal or nutritional medicine recommendations.Herbal or nutritional medicine can be the most effective way to kick start your body back into balance. We use only the highest-grade supplements and herbs available, all of which can be purchased from the clinic.
3. The second appointment. Once we have gathered together and assessed all the information, we will get you back in for a 1/2 an hour consult (we can do this part over the phone or by Skype if you prefer). We will then go through your individualised recommendations to help you achieve your outcomes and to explain to you the cause of the issues, why you need to make the changes and how making those changes will help you. We like to make sure our clients are well-informed in their health treatments – what, when and why. You will leave a consultation with a plan and specific guidelines for the coming weeks, which may include dietary changes, nutrient supplementation, herbs and some insights into thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours that may be impacting on your health.
